HA!! Hello Guillermo and all,More progress to report on my Wasa.I have built the bow door assemblies.This kit did not supply these two doors so I made my own.There were thirty parts per side.I have also shaped and affixed the decorative moldings hinges and handles.These moldings were much more difficult to shape than I thought that they were going to be.If I were to do them again,I would heat them to bend them.But with the help of my looping plyers,brass hammer and anvil,They are finished.Cheers Walter............ ¡¡AH!! Hola Guillermo y todos, Más progreso para hacer un informe en mi Wasa. He construido las asambleas de puerta de arco. Este equipo no suministró estas dos puertas entonces hice mi propio. Había treinta partes por lado. También he formado y he adjuntado los goznes de moldeados decorativos y mangos. Estos moldeados eran mucho más difíciles de formar que pensé que ellos iban a ser. Si yo debiera hacerlos otra vez, yo los calentaría para doblarlos. Pero con la ayuda de mi colocación plyers, el latón martilla y yunque, Ellos son terminados. Aclamaciones Walter

Hello Guillermo,many thanks my friend ,I have finished the walls "Bulkheads"on my Wasa.I found these to be abit tedious because they are recessed.Not much room for my fat fingers So what I used was a toothpick and a tiny ball of that blue "clay like stuff" that you would use to temporarally display photos to possition the planks in their proper spots.Instant skinny finger!! LOL .....Cheers Walter.............Hola Guillermo, muchas gracias mi amigo, he terminado las paredes "Mamparos" en mi Wasa. Encontré éstos siendo abit aburrido porque ellos son prorrogados. No mucho cuarto para mi grasa manosea Tan lo que usé era un mondadientes y una pelota diminuta de aquella "arcilla azul materia" que usted usaría a fotos de demostración de temporarally a possition los tablones en sus puntos apropiados. ¡¡inmediato diminuto Dedo !! hello Walter, I like your vasa is not anything wrong, although missing some sculptures between the two doors, the stairs looks good, a little wheathering on them will give them a realistic look, I hope to see you soon around here with the decorations placed on the vasa

Im back to working on my Wasa once again I ran into a problem and setback with the bow area vertical bulwark supports.As I started to intall the upper caprail,they started to pop away from the bulwarks An obvious glue failure.Im throwing out the wood glue that I used and am buying a new supply.I reglued all of them with minute drops of Gorilla Glue.They are as strong as steel now. Second photo shows handrail in possition.The caprail and handrail setup is different from the Sregal kit plans..........Im atrás al funcionamiento en mi Wasa otra vez entré corriendo en un problema y el revés con el área de arco apoyos de baluarte verticales. Cuando comencé a intall caprail superior, ellos comenzaron a hacer reventar lejos de los baluartes un fracaso de pegamento obvio. El arrancamiento de Im del pegamento de madera que usé y compro un nuevo suministro. Pegué de nuevo todos ellos con gotas de minuto del Pegamento de Gorila. Ellos son tan fuertes como el acero ahora. La segunda foto muestra la barandilla en possition. El sistema de barandilla y caprail es diferente de los proyectos de equipo Sregal. Cheers Walter

Hello Guillermo,thanks. I have been working on the Wasa for about four years off and on.I was able to finish the waterways last evening working late into the early morning hours.Today I have started the hand rails.I have been researching them extensively trying to get them as close as possible to the real ship.I am using Gorilla glue for strength on the delicate parts like the hand rails. http://www.gorillaglue.com/glues/gorillaglue/index.aspx It takes around four hours to dry,so progress is slow :wink: Cheers friends Walter.........Hola Guillermo, gracias. : D I ha estado trabajando en el Wasa por cerca de cuatro años apagado y encendido. Podía acabar los canales la tarde pasada que trabajaba tarde en las horas de la madrugada. He encendido hoy los carriles de mano. Los he estado investigando que intentaban extensivamente conseguirlos tan cerca como sea posible a la nave verdadera. Estoy utilizando el pegamento del gorila para la fuerza en las partes delicadas como los carriles de mano. http://www.gorillaglue.com/glues/gorillaglue/index.aspx tarda alrededor cuatro horas para secarse, así que el progreso es lento: guiño: Anima a amigos Walter

Hello all,I have finally finished up the hand rail assemblies "Woohoo!!! They went together very well. These handrails are of my design and are pretty close to the way they look on the ship. I may do the bow rails,ballesters and catheads next.My loyal assistant Strudel saluted me and gave me great praise for finally getting this step finished lol.Cheers Walter.............Hola todos, finalmente he acabado para arriba el " de los montajes de carril de mano; ¡Woohoo!!! Fueron juntos muy bien. Estas barandillas están de mi diseño y están bastante cercanas a la manera que miran en la nave. Puedo hacer los carriles, los ballesters y las serviolas del arco después. Mi milhojas auxiliar leal me saludó y me dio la gran alabanza para finalmente conseguir este lol acabado paso. Aclamaciones Walter

This is the fore rail assembly with catheads being held up by Polish soldiers.Terrible burden for those fellas The fore brass sculpture part was all bent out of shape,but I was able to staighten it out with a little tapping from a hammer.The catheads that were in the Sergal plans showed to cut for two "pullys"....not the correct term.Wasa has four.So I widened the stock an cut in four.Cheers Walter..........Éste es el montaje de carril delantero con las serviolas que son soportadas por los soldados polacos. La carga terrible para esos tíos la pieza de cobre amarillo delantera toda de la escultura estuvo doblada de forma, pero podía staighten la hacia fuera con poco golpear ligeramente de un martillo. Las serviolas que estaban en los planes de Sergal demostraron al corte para el " dos; pullys" ….no el término correcto. Wasa tiene cuatro. Ensanché tan la acción un corte en cuatro.
