Welcome, John.

After surfing through the Museum web page it seems that there is an unique email address available:

direccionmuseonavalmadrid.com

Of course, please type the sign @ between "direccion" and "museonavalmadrid.com".

I do prefer not to write regularly a third party email address in a public forum like this one, to prevent it from being captured by bots.

I sent an email to the address suggested asking about priice and shipping charges and if they took Mastercard on the 18th of February but have not received any reply is this normal?

Would I do better to use the US mail service?

Ok, I sent the email and got nothing in return. I did get a PM from U-51 saying that they, the museum staff, don't seem to like to respond to emails. My next question is this, I would like to find someone on this forum that lives in Madrid, and would be willing to go to the muesum and obtain the plans for me and ship them to me in the USA. If there is someone out there that would be willing to do this please PM me. Thanks in advance to all.

You have got a PM. Check it following these steps: (i) go to the line printed in blue in the top of the page, the one which shows a FAQ button on the left (ii) press the button which is farthest on the right. The one of me says "Usted no tiene mensajes nuevos" i.e. "you do not have any PM". When you have one, like this is your case, the text is different ("usted tiene mensajes nuevos" ore something like that) but I can not remember exactly right now.

In short: I think that I can be of assistance in this matter.

No me gustaría abrir otro tema por no repetir, así que con permiso posteo aquí. Me ha venido muy bien este post para enterarme de ese listado de planos disponibles. Estoy interesado en los del Santa Ana. Mi duda es: ¿se piden por llamada telefónica? ¿Mediante web? ¿correo ordinario?

Lo más parecido a esto último es esta web

que solicita datos no existentes en el listado como número de inventario, por lo que dudo de su utilidad.
