Ayuda para motorizar lancha - soy novato

Hola a todos, vengo del mundillo de los helis y de los aviones y necesitaba ayuda para motorizar una lancha que he comprado por ebay, se trata de una balaenoptera musculus, de unos 60 cm de largo, trae dos motores y una emisora muy mala. Es esta:

Me gustaria que corriese un poco mas de lo que hace y poder usar las baterias lipo de 3s de 2200 de los helis.
Asi que he buscado el material que creo que necesito para ponerla a andar en Hobbyking, pero la verdad no se si me falta algo. Me gustaria pedirlo todo a hobbyking y que no fuese muy caro, no voya competir ni nada de eso, es solo para divertirme un poco los dias que hace demasiado viento y que no puedo "jugar" con los helis o los avines.

Por cierto, emisora tengo la flysky con el software cambiado a er9x y tengo receptores de 6 canales de hobbyking sin usar.

Me gustaria que me aconsejaseis paso a paso en las cosas que necesito pedir para poder hacer un buen pedido y no pedir cosas equivocadas.
